Terms of Service
Brand philosophy Rye Line follows a Slow Fashion philosophy — we believe fashion has a responsibility to respect both society and nature. Rye Line is committed to social responsibility, ensuring fair conditions for our team and partnering only with suppliers who share the same values.
Our products are not seasonal and remain in our catalogue until they can no longer be continued or until the team decides otherwise. As such, Rye Line does not hold promotions or sales.
Products All products are designed by our team and handcrafted by us or by partner artisans. We work primarily with natural materials and eco-friendly dyes, which may result in slight variations in tone or size due to the handmade nature of our work. Product colours may also vary slightly depending on the screen of the device used.

2. Terms of use By accessing and using the Rye Line website, the user agrees to these Terms of Service in their entirety. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes published on this page.
3. Purchase process The presentation of products on the website constitutes an invitation to purchase and not a binding offer. The purchase contract is considered concluded at the moment Rye Line confirms the order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of a pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
4. Prices and payments All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force at the time of purchase, to which shipping costs will be added. Prices and product specifications may be changed by Rye Line without prior notice; the price applicable is that in force at the time of the order. Payment is processed at the time of purchase through the methods available at checkout.
5. Shipping and delivery Shipping timeframes and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Rye Line is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond its control.
6. Returns and refunds The terms for exchanges and returns are detailed in our Returns & Exchanges Policy, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014.
7. Legal guarantee Under European and Portuguese law, all purchased products benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery. In the event of a defect, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination, as applicable.
8. Intellectual property All content on the Rye Line website — including texts, images, logos and design — is the exclusive property of Elsa Peixoto and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Reproduction or use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
9. Limitation of liability Rye Line is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or products purchased, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction These Terms of Service are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the district of Braga shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer's right to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms or the European online dispute resolution platform. https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
