Returns & Exchanges Policy

Rye Line's returns and exchanges policy complies with Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February, which governs contracts concluded at a distance and off-premises.

Withdrawal period The customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to notify their intention to exchange or return a product, by sending an email to hello@ryeline.com. Following that notification, the customer has a further 14 days to send the product back.

Return conditions The product must be returned to the address provided, in the exact condition in which it was received — unworn, with original tags attached and packaging intact.

Shipping costs

  • In the case of an exchange, Rye Line covers the shipping costs for the replacement item.
  • In the case of a return, the cost of shipping the product back is the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping confirmation Once the product has been sent, the customer must notify Rye Line by email at hello@ryeline.com, providing the tracking number and the carrier used.

Refund Upon receipt of the returned product in the conditions described above, the refund process will be initiated within 14 days, via the same payment method used for the original purchase. If this is not possible, the customer will be asked to provide their IBAN and BIC/SWIFT for bank transfer. Once the transfer has been made, the customer will receive the corresponding confirmation.

Exceptions Products made to order according to customer specifications or that are clearly personalised are not subject to the right of return, in accordance with Article 17 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014.
